Retention Advisor - Sage Business Cloud (6 Month Contract)

Job Description:

At Sage, our Retention Advisors are responsible for managing all contract renewals within our existing customer base. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the organisation’s bottom line by driving customer retention, facilitating migrations, and achieving or exceeding renewal revenue targets for annual and monthly customers. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration both across internal business units and externally with customers and Sage Business Partners.

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site.

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a call centre or customer-facing role within the software technology sector with Sage Product knowledge and certification. A demonstrated history of consistently meeting sales targets, along with proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, is essential. Success in this role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, contact existing customers telephonically to upsell, by providing value selling and achieve revenue targets associated with the project

• Champion migration from Sage 50 Perpetual to Advantage

• Drive sales appropriate campaigns into customer base to effectively increase retention.

• Maintain productivity targets including outbound and inbound calls respectively.

• You will join a team of 7 Retention Advisors, and will work closely with other Retentions Teams and colleagues across the business in supporting our overall efforts to retain our customer base.

• You will report to a Sales Retentions Manager who has a successful track record of growth within our business.

? :

• 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience in a B2B sales environment, knowledge of Software Sales and understanding of customer needs and pain points as well as a good understanding of the Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll product offerings will ensure you stand out from other candidates.
