Job Description
Responsible for the development and optimization of braking system NVH(Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance in vehicle. Conduct simulation analysis, testing, and problem solving to ensure NVH performance meets design target and customer expectation.
Investigate NVH issue; Identify root causes in production; Drive technical solutions; Collaborate on design changes. Track advance NVH technologies; Evaluate new methods; Prepare technical documentation:
coordinate with cross function teams: Balance NVH vs other attributes.
Qualifications
At least Bachelor Degree，major in automobile or mechanical, Acoustical Engineering is preferred.
3+ years of Automotive NVH analysis and improvement experience. Solid understanding of vehicle and braking system NVH fundamentals.
Hands-on with hemi-anechoic and on-road NVH test protocols, able to design test plan and interpret results independently
Ability to drive cross function problem solving.
Be able to work in a international team environment.
