Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of finishing manufacturing processes, and quality assurance/control/SPC for the finished products.

  • Report and document the records of manufacturing process parameters, analysis results, and quality metrics.

  • Comply with relevant regulations, EHS standards and protocols, and further maintain safe operations at a toller site.

  • Work with cross-functional teams and tollers to meet business goals.

  • Participate in advanced troubleshooting activities to deliver consistent CMP pad productions.

  • Implement operational best practices to strengthen key manufacturing processes at toller sites.

  • Ensures standard operation procedures and specific disciplines are in place.

  • Plan short-, mid- and long-term CIP projects.

  • Coach operators to resolve technical shopfloor issues.

  • Supports operation team for training, consumables/ tools management and new material setups.

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or above in Science/Engineering or related fields is required.

  • 2+ years of process engineering experience is required.

  • Excellent communication, analysis, troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration are required.

  • Advanced knowledge in semiconductor industry.

  • Solid analytical skills and data mining capabilities.

  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and analysis strongly are preferred.

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or a certification is preferred.
