.Collaborate with MT and R&D to develop robust process and improved yyield to achieve HVM readiness for ADT production Line.
. Responsible to prepare trail samples to Tier+1 customers with R&D, RCS and account teams.
·In charge of ADT Line production capacity schedules and control cost effective. Manage day-to-day operations to meet production planning's priority and people discipline.
·Planning and executing key operation strategies and establish long/short term targets to cope with business goals.
·Strong sense of urgency to take immediate recovery actions and follow-up with safety and production.
·Establish strong working relationships with cross functions including EH&S, quality, Logistics, maintenance, Supply chain, R&D, PQE, MT and account teams.
·Plan 5-year capacity plan and develop CIPs to meet business requirement.
·Lead team to develop those new and continuous improvement (CI) opportunities into High Volume Manufacturing implementable processes, can significantly improve manufacturing process efficiency, reduce costs or improve product quality across global sites.
·Own all performance-based management including goal setting, coaching, training, developing, and feedback to improve individual performance of direct reports
·Direct and monitor 1st line production operation and shop floor activities to ensure that any problem related to, for example, safety, customers, production schedule, output, and quality, are promptly and effectively resolved.
Qualification:
·Bachelor degree in Engineering is required. Master is preferred.
·>10 years experience in Manufacturing and Engineering related field.
·Fluent communication and writing skills in business English .
·Good communication and interpersonal skill in leading teams.
·Good problem solving, decision-making, time-management and cross-function organization skills.
·Ability to be decisive and work effectively under pressure.
·Six Sigma Certification, Lean and familiar with SPC control is preferred.
·Experience with an MRP/ERP system is a plus.
·Knowledge of statistical software like Minitab, JMP is a plus.
·Experience to engage with customer to resolve product quality issues is a plus.
·Mindset or experience familiar to semiconductor field is a plus.
