ManpowerGroup Cycle Counter / Inventory Control Associate in Jessup, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Cycle Counter / Inventory Control Associate to join their team. As a Cycle Counter / Inventory Control Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting inventory management and accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Cycle Counter / Inventory Control Associate
Location: Jessup, PA
Pay Range: $20
Shift: Mon-Fri 7am - 3:30pm
What's the Job?
Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy across all storage locations
Identify and report discrepancies between physical counts and system records
Maintain organized and accurate inventory records using company systems
Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve inventory issues promptly
Assist in reconciling inventory variances and supporting inventory audits

Basic understanding of inventory management principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
