Now Hiring: Greenhouse Maintenance & Research Technician
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking to hire a hands-on individual to support greenhouse operations, plant care, and basic equipment maintenance in a research environment.
Location -Jerseyville, IL
Pay-22.78/HR
Job Type -Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with planting, watering, transplanting, harvesting, and seed processing
• Monitor plant health and greenhouse conditions
• Support basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
• 0–4 years experience in plant care, greenhouse, or related field
• Interest in plant science, agriculture, or technical work
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
Education
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
Work Environment
• Active, hands-on role (standing, warm conditions)
• Occasional weekend/holiday work

Pay Details: $22.78 per hour
