System One Warehouse Technician – Medical Device in Jersey City, New Jersey
Job Title: Warehouse Technician - Medical Device
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Note: No free on-site parking. Garage parking available at $20/day. Public transportation via PATH or NJ Transit bus routes is preferred.)
Hours / Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Technician supports daily warehouse operations within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and general warehouse organization. The position works closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and compliant movement of medical device products while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Pick, pack, and ship medical device products accurately and efficiently
Process outgoing shipments through FedEx, UPS, and other carriers
Receive incoming materials and verify shipment accuracy
Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts
Organize warehouse space to maintain safety, efficiency, and compliance
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Entry – Mid level role with minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
Manufacturing or regulated industry experience preferred (e.g. manufacturing/production experience from Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech industries)
Industry experience from medical device, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment
Prior warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience from a regulated, science manufacturing environment
Experience picking, packing, shipping, and receiving materials
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a regulated medical device or manufacturing environment
Detail oriented
Reliable and trustworthy
Strong communication skills
Organized and process driven
Top 3–4 Skills/Experience
Order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping experience
Inventory management and cycle counting
Experience with FedEx, UPS, or similar shipping systems
Basic–intermediate Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
