CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer (AWS, Microservices) position for our client.

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 9 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA) and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).

• Design and implement microservices architecture with high performance, scalability, and security.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Maven/Gradle, and Git.

• Apply software architecture best practices, TDD, and design patterns.

Required Skills:

• AWS (SME-level)

• Java backend development with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, microservices

• Full-stack frameworks: React, Angular, Vue

• CI/CD & DevOps practices (Docker, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Maven/Gradle, Git)

• Software architecture & design principles

Experience & Education:

• Proven full-stack and microservices development experience

• Hands-on AWS cloud deployments

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $65.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
