JPMorgan Chase & Co.JOB TITLE: Product Delivery Manager [Multiple Positions Available]LOCATION: 575 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310.DUTIES: Drive the design, development, deployment, and production support of foreign exchange (FX) electronic trading systems. Manage the full delivery lifecycle of trading applications including intake, feasibility assessment, impact analysis, release planning, operationalization, and ongoing support to ensure timely and high-quality execution that meets business objectives. Drive the onboarding of institutional clients to the firm's FX electronic trading platform by configuring FIX (Financial Information Exchange) sessions, certifying client workflows, resolving connectivity issues, and validating production readiness. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including traders, strategists, sales, compliance, engineering, and client service teams to ensure that technology initiatives are aligned with trading strategies, regulatory requirements, and client needs. Design and implement enhancements to the firm's algo trading platform, integrating internal and external FIX- based systems. Responsible for testing environments by creating and executing both automated and manual test plans to verify system functionality prior to deployment. Monitor the performance of production trading systems by analyzing latency and operational metrics, leveraging monitoring tools and dashboards to proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Drive change management activities by coordinating system and process changes across multiple functional teams and ensuring adherence to internal governance, risk, and control standards. Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to streamline client onboarding processes, reduce operational risk, and improve delivery efficiency. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, facilitates cross-team collaboration, timelines, and priorities.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery Manager, Technology Service Representative, Technical Lead, IT Analyst, Systems Engineer, or related occupation. This position requires experience with the following: Developing, integrating, and supporting electronic trading systems for the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support; Onboarding clients to electronic trading platforms using the FIX (Financial Information Exchange) protocol, including configuring FIX sessions, certifying client workflows, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring production readiness; Designing and implementing rule-based message routing, transformations, and configurations for inbound and outbound FIX messages to meet client, exchange, and trading system requirements; Creating, enhancing, and maintaining testing environments including executing test plans and developing automated regression and functional test suites; utilizing python and java for workflow automations and development of automation tools; Utilizing standard connectivity, messaging protocols, and formats in the financial industry including FIX, XML, MQ, Web APIs, and SFTP for integration with trading platforms and client systems; Monitoring using analysis tools including KDB, Splunk, and Generos for latency analysis, production monitoring, and issue resolution in high-volume trading environments; Using Agile and Devops for continuous integration; Using version control systems including Git and Bitbucket to build and deploy automation tools including Jenkins; using Collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence for issue tracking; using compliance and controls for MFID; understanding Dodd Frank regulations to mitigate the risks associated with venue and client onboarding and ensuring that regulatory checks are properly performed for new venue and product rollouts.
