The JPMorgan Wealth Management Statements & Tax Product team defines and executes on the strategy for 2 client facing reporting products that impact 5+ million investment account holders and drives a budget of approximately 12 million dollars annually spread across 3 distinct technology teams covering 7 scrum team
Job Description
As the Wealth Management Statement Product Owner on the Statements & Tax Product team, you will drive the product roadmap and define specific, measurable OKRs for the product, define and groom product feature requirements through the agile framework, ensure all technology teams are operating efficiently through consist review of agility metrics, manage and prioritize the product's backlog based on a comprehensive feedback solicitation and tracking process, and create and lead a product cabinet to ensure all partners are aware of the product roadmap.
Job Responsibilities:
Represent the Wealth Management Statement platform as subject matter expert in key leadership forums and issue escalation matters
Manage the intake of requested statement messages and inserts
Ensure the statement platform is well positioned to support business volume growth while meeting all regulatory requirements for investment accounts, executed in a controls based operating model through significant investment in platform modernization
Create a consistent account statement experience across all accounting platforms and client channels
Continuous investment in client experience through the addition of targeted new features and functionality
Partner with various teams across the investments and products platforms to identify key statement impacts and drive requirements grooming sessions to ensure delivery of the expected behavior
Work with various teams to review and manage the statement messaging intake
Prioritize work (Epics and Initiatives) by performing quarterly planning based on partner technology teams capacity
Work with delivery manager to manage workflow of Stories and Epics in Jira for accurate reflection of progress completion
Own accountability for requirements delivery from start-to-finish, including acceptance criteria fulfillment
Step in as-needed for issue triage and remediation to ensure consistent production quality
Required capabilities, capabilities, and skills:
Prior statement platform experience in financial services industry
Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
Technical acumen as a product owner
Expertise in business requirements writing and communication.
Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends
Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase
Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure
FINRA Series 99 within 120 days
Undergraduate degree
