ManpowerGroup Full Stack Developer in Jersey City, New Jersey

Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in infrastructure and application development, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the core infrastructure and application support team, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for exploring system internals, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: New Jersey

What's the Job?

  • Interpret and extract foundational system configuration details that automated discovery tools cannot detect.

  • Build dashboards and internal tooling to provide insights into network, VM, and infrastructure components.

  • Work across the full stack, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure-adjacent layers.

  • Troubleshoot issues from the OS layer through application logic to ensure system stability.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and application development teams to identify root causes and improve delivery timelines.

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency in full stack development with experience in Angular, Java, and Slack integration.

  • Moderate understanding of virtualization environments, specifically ESX/VMware.

  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and system interactions.

  • Experience supporting complex infrastructure environments built on bare-metal ESX servers with multiple clusters.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.
