CTG DevOps Project Manager in Jersey City, New Jersey
CTG is seeking to fill a DevOps Project Manager position for our client.
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 9 months
Overview:
Manage end-to-end DevOps and Application Operations projects, including security frameworks, middleware deployment, monitoring, and transitions from build to run/operate phases. Lead incident, problem, and change management while driving automation and productivity improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee DevOps platform implementation and middleware support.
Track project scope, milestones, tasks, risks, and dependencies.
Establish governance and progress reporting structures.
Build stakeholder relationships and engage cross-functional teams.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong leadership in project and operations management.
Experience with DevOps, security frameworks, middleware, and monitoring tools.
Proven track record in incident, problem, and change management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
PMP or ScrumMaster certification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
