ACE American Insurance Company AVP, Lead IAM Engineer in Jersey City, New Jersey
AVP, Lead IAM Engineer (ACE American Insurance Company (Chubb), Jersey City, NJ): Developing the design and implementation approach for Identity Access Management as part of users & applications onboarding initiatives; Developing and delivering applications using complete SDLC artifacts, automated test suites, and DevOps methodologies; Ensuring that applications are built in a manner which is fault-tolerant and compliant and operates at a high level of service availability and reliability; Identifying and reporting issues, gaps, and areas of improvement to optimize the rollout of the Identity Access Management (IAM) Solutions, as well as identifying and implementing remedies for any issues which arise; Using IAM functionality and technologies to develop and implement components that reflect security and data protection needs and priorities; Working with Application teams to standardize and deploy the onboarding of IAM solutions to Chubb Internal and External applications; Providing insights or future development and implementation operations and ensuring that key functionality keeps pace with company needs and industry standards. Must have the following skills and experience in order to perform the above-mentioned tasks: Professional experience in J2EE technologies and databases; Implementation experience of any Identity Access Management projects; Experience providing design to meet global deployments and high availability resiliency and scalability of IAM solutions; Knowledge of Identity Life Cycle management including Joiner, Mover and Leaver Process; and Experience integrating different systems using Service Oriented Model (SOAP, REST). Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and at least five (5) years of experience as a Sr. Software or IAM Engineer or related occupation. Additional worksite: Whitehouse Station, NJ. This position may offer limited hybrid flexibility, subject to company approval and in accordance with company policy. Salary: $205,000 - $230,000/year.
