How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Navigate the Patient Journey: Serve as a dedicated advocate and guide, ensuring patients move seamlessly through the continuum of care with clarity and support.

  • Bridge Clinical Connections: Act as the primary liaison between medical staff, administration, and community partners to synchronize care and eliminate communication gaps.

  • Elevate Standards of Care: Lead quality improvement initiatives and educational efforts to ensure our treatment protocols remain at the forefront of the industry.

  • Drive Data-Informed Growth: Track patient outcomes and compile key performance data to recommend and implement meaningful process improvements.

  • Champion Health Equity: Provide essential referrals and support systems for uninsured and underinsured populations, ensuring every patient has a pathway to follow-up care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Experience in orthopedics strongly preferred.

  • Other preferred experience includes pre admission testing, inpatient, home health, and rehab.
