About the Role

Ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for someone who's dependable, takes initiative, and is excited to grow into a leadership role. You don't need years of leadership or custodial experience; we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

In this role, you'll help guide a small team while working alongside them to keep our schools clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and the community each day.

What You'll Do

• Support and guide a team of custodians to meet daily cleaning goals
• Help organize and adjust tasks based on building needs
• Check work for quality and attention to detail
• Learn to train and support team members
• Communicate with supervisors and staff to keep things running smoothly
• Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, etc.)
• Help secure the building at the end of each shift

• Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude
• Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Any cleaning or leadership experience is a plus but not required
