Photolithography Process Engineer (m/w/d) - Vollzeit -

Ihre Aufgaben

• Optimierung und Betreuung photolithographischer Prozesse für optische Beschichtungen

• Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Experimenten zur Prozessverbesserung

• Analyse und Lösung von Prozessabweichungen zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität

• Dokumentation, Schulung und Überführung neuer Prozesse in die Produktion

• Koordination von Projekten und Unterstützung bei technischen Kalkulationen

• 2nd-Level-Support im Bereich photolithographische Strukturierung

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Hochschulstudium im natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Bereich

• Erfahrung in der Photolithographie und Prozessentwicklung wünschenswert

• Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz

• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären und standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
