ManpowerGroup Assembler III in Jefferson, Wisconsin
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler III to join their team. As an Assembler III, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembler III
Location: Jefferson, WI
Pay Range: $18,85 Per hour
Shift: 1st shift: Tuesday-Friday 5am to 3pm (Monday OT day) – Starting in April schedule changes to Monday-Thursday (Friday OT day)
What's the Job?
Lead new product introduction at the site, including troubleshooting and collaborating with engineering teams.
Operate under complex processes and procedures with high accuracy.
Build products independently within specified tolerances and quality standards.
Utilize initiative and judgment to solve problems and implement effective countermeasures.
Train team members on various aspects of the department, including work instructions and standard work.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
At least 2 years of experience in complex assembly or related fields.
Proficiency in interpreting visual diagrams and using advanced tooling.
Ability to problem-solve with minimal guidance.
Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
