Insight Global HR Coordinator in Jefferson, Georgia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a HR Coordinator local to Jefferson, GA. This individual will be supporting the Human Resources Department including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, timesheet management, leave administration, training employee relations, HRIS database upkeep, and communications.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance to include reporting, documentation, training, and HR records.

• Support the organization with recruitment including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, performing background checks, and coordinating interview schedules for hiring managers.

• Managing new-hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and offboarding.

• Performing administrative work related to the HR Department including timesheet management and attendance letters.

• Completing administration of FMLA, LOA, and ADA compliance.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1+ years of experience in full cycle generalist experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of HRIS and ATS software.

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and HIPPA.
