Unilever Outbound & Inventory Supervisor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products across the KSA market.
Manage inventory levels at the warehouse to balance stock availability with working capital targets.
Coordinate with 3PL partners to monitor warehouse performance and drive continuous improvement in KPIs.
Lead monthly inventory reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies to maintain high stock accuracy.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to align logistics capabilities with customer delivery requirements.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives within the outbound transportation network without compromising service levels.
Monitor and report on logistics waste and carbon footprint to support Unilever’s sustainability goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics , warehouse management, or supply chain operations within the FMCG sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic to effectively coordinate with local stakeholders and partners.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven expertise in managing outbound logistics and inventory control systems (SAP/WMS).
Experience specifically within the Saudi Arabian regulatory environment and customs procedures.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD, or APICS).

Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
