Job Description
We are seeking an Deupty Program Director to join our organization in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to lead and support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of organizational programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, professional judgment, and a proven commitment to driving program success through effective coordination, strategic oversight, and collaborative leadership.
Lead the development, planning, and execution of organizational programs and initiatives, drawing on substantial experience in program design and delivery
Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder alignment
Manage program budgets, track expenses, and prepare comprehensive financial reports with accuracy and strategic insight
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular program updates, and maintain strong working relationships
Establish and maintain comprehensive program documentation, records, and databases for tracking, reporting, and organizational learning
Analyze program data and performance metrics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and recommend evidence-based improvements
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met efficiently and effectively
Develop reports, presentations, and materials for program reviews and stakeholder meetings, communicating complex information clearly
Oversee the onboarding, coordination, and professional development of program staff and volunteers
Identify and resolve program challenges proactively, implementing corrective actions and documenting lessons learned
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all program operations
Drive continuous program improvement through systematic feedback collection, process optimization, and best practice implementation
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
20 years of progressive experience in program management, program leadership, organizational development, or related senior administrative roles
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted programs and organizational initiatives at scale
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, program design, and organizational transformation
Advanced proficiency in budget management, financial oversight, and resource allocation
Extensive experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder relationships
Mastery of program evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and performance metrics interpretation
Expert-level organizational and strategic planning skills with ability to manage competing priorities and complex initiatives simultaneously
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including executive-level presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems, and program management software
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, implement organizational best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance
Strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making capabilities with proven ability to navigate complex organizational challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
Professional certifications in program management (PMP, CAPM) or organizational leadership
Extensive experience in program evaluation, assessment, and organizational effectiveness
Advanced knowledge of budget management, financial reporting, and organizational finance
Senior-level experience in nonprofit, educational, government, or international organizations
Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, executive relationship management, and organizational communication
Experience with organizational development, change management, and strategic transformation initiatives
Bilingual capabilities (English and Arabic) strongly preferred for this Saudi Arabia-based position
International program management experience or experience working in Middle Eastern contexts
