Avid Signs and Graphics Commercial Sign Installer/CDL Driver in Jasper, Alabama
The company installs all types of signs primarily for business and other commercial purposes. The person in this position will be responsible for safely transporting constructed signs to their installation location and installing them.
The job requires someone who is experienced with all types of hand and power tools, is not afraid of heights, has valid CDL driver's license, and can safely drive vehicles and operate other equipment such as bucket trucks, crane trucks, etc., as needed. It is a plus if the candidate has electrical and welding skills as sometimes these skills are needed during the installation. The position sometimes requires working alone and sometimes as a team member, when transporting and installing signs.
The job is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. Education requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent. Pay starts at $18+/hour and will be determined by level of experience. Drug screening will be conducted and the individual's Motor Vehicle Driving Record will be reviewed.
