JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Follow verbal or written standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform job duties including set up, changeover or shut down procedures - Maintain consistent quality of candy produced by continually managing variations of candy level in machines, supporting material levels, temperature settings and product quality that naturally change during the process - Maintain proper speed of the machine as advised by the lead or supervisor - Be able to perform all duties and processes from SOP in a timely manager without assistant - Trouble shoot equipment issues and resolve independently - Able to lead the equipment line positions as necessary or as directed by leader - Review the production schedule daily and set up as needed - Know and obey all good manufacturing process (GMP) and Safety Rules - Demonstrates commitment to food safety and continuous improvement - Keep a clean work area - Performs all other duties as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be able to stand for entire shift - Must be able to reach with hands and arms - Must be able to use hands to grasp, handle and feel - Must be able to occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear, and taste or smell - Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and ability to focus - Needs to be tolerant to cornstarch dust that is in the air and on the surfaces - Must be able to regularly lift and/move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. regularly ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: janesville@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/801244 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
