JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Knowledge of pharmacy software to process new and refill prescriptions. Prepares prescriptions to be checked by Pharmacist by retrieving products from inventory, counting or mixing correct volumes, and applying labels according to supervising Pharmacist\'s instructions. Receiving and maintaining accurate records of Pharmacy inventory and supplies. Thorough knowledge of Point-of-Sale cash registers resulting in accurate end-of-day balancing. Cleans equipment, shelves, countertops and sinks to maintain a clean working environment. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate of a pharmacy technician program preferred. One year of Retail Pharmacy experience is preferred. Certification and Licensure Pharmacy Technician Licensure required Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration application required before the first day of employment.
