Amazon HR Business Partner in Jandakot, Australia
Description
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and engaging individual to join our Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner, supporting our Fulfillment Centers in Jandakot and Kewdale, Western Australia.
This position is for a 12 month fixed term period.
The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
The role will be based on-site working Monday - Friday.
Key job responsibilities
What you will be doing:
• Coaching and mentoring of front line leaders
• Advocate, promote and enable the uptake of self service tools across associates and leadership
• Implement HR initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations, inclusion and communications
• Proactive gathering of data from appropriate sources to drive decision making
• Maintain an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices to be shared with other Fulfillment Center teams
• Advocate and instill mechanisms which actively collect and respond to employee voice and promote associate experience
• Supporting Leaders through investigation processes
• Collaborate effectively across an number of internal and external teams including Finance, Payroll, Legal
Basic Qualifications
3+ years HR experience work within a fast-paced, and customer-driven environment
Experience in coaching and supporting leaders across HR best practices
Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
Experience supporting hourly employee client group
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in human resources at companies supporting 250-500 or more associates
