Consumer Service Representative – Now Hiring!

We’re looking for an on‑site Consumer Service Representative to join our team and deliver outstanding support to customers and retail partners. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls, online chats, and ticketing inquiries while assisting with product questions, order updates, and basic troubleshooting. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and chats; make outbound follow‑up calls as needed

  • Create and manage service cases in our ticketing system

  • Enter service and warranty orders accurately

  • Provide product and shipping support using online resources

  • Communicate professionally with consumers, retail stores, delivery agents, and internal teams

  • Escalate warranty issues outside your authority

  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities

What We’re Looking For

  • Clear, professional communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

  • Self‑motivated, organized, and committed to timely completion of tasks

  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
