We are seeking an experienced Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Team Leader to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations supporting time-critical, temperature-sensitive shipments within a life sciences and cold-chain environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and service reliability across warehouse, export, and courier activities. You will supervise staff, oversee facility readiness, and ensure that all rush, special, and QuickSTAT shipments move seamlessly from pickup through final delivery.
How you create impact
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring staff performance, professionalism, and compliance with company policies
Monitor and manage rush, special, and QuickSTAT shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and temperature requirements
Maintain high standards of quality and regulatory compliance in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team
Ensure optimal inventory levels of temperature-controlled and packaging supplies at all times
Oversee facility management, including cleanliness, safety, required logs, and scheduling of equipment servicing and repairs
Conduct daily walk-throughs to proactively identify issues and improvement opportunities
Investigate and resolve non-conformances assigned to the role
Respond promptly and professionally to operational emails and inquiries via shared mailboxes
Support routing, costing, and operational guidance to internal teams and partner offices as needed
Optimize warehouse resources by improving productivity, streamlining processes, and managing overtime effectively
What we would like you to bring
5+ years of related supervisory experience (warehouse, courier, or freight operations)
Background in air courier, freight forwarding, warehouse, or transport operations; cold chain or biopharmaceutical logistics strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of temperature-controlled packaging solutions, conditioning methods, and shipment monitoring
Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse-related systems; strong written and verbal English communication skills
IATA Dangerous Goods certification and/or second-language fluency considered a strong asset

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
