Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and track daily activities of team members:
Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS, LE, NIV Sales, Dropped Sales, Stock Weight, PO Delivery.
Assist team members in sales ordering (especially IC Sales).
Cover outlets with unfulfilled headcounts.
Provide LE forecast to Project Manager on respective region.
Support ULM CDMs and planners on sales strategies and operational matters.
Conduct monthly “one to one” coaching & mentoring with team members ( OJT ).
Conduct field visits to audit execution compliances and train team members.
Conduct on-boarding coaching to new joiner.
Monitor headcount fulfillments in region and support in recruiting.
Review Region's Perfect Store results for activity plans.
Assist team members in setting ups when required.
Monitor and track goods return & supporting in payment disputes if any.
Attempt to secure additional primary and secondary space in outlets.
Confirm and sign goods return and input into system.
Consistently meet with key outlet buyers together with ULM CDM.
Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed.
Academic Qualification(s):
Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
Able to speak fluent Malay and English, mandarin will be an advantage.
Work as team leader and manage team before.
A team player.
Able to start work on early of July 2022.
Salary Range: RM 2,500 - RM 4,060
