Ingersoll Rand Account Manager, Channel Sales GDK in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia
The selected incumbent is accountable to generate profitable sales revenue, broaden sales coverage, establish new channel partners & customers. He/she will be responsible for both completes equipment sales and aftermarket sales for compressed air systems.
Responsibilities
Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners.
Manage sales activities of partners by creating and executing business plans to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
Analyse market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand presence.
Evaluate partner sales performance, recommend improvements, educate about product portfolio and service offerings.
Address partner related issues such as sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing, and other events to develop positive relationships and partners and customers.
Work closely with supply chain management, sales support and project engineer and order fulfilment team.
Basic Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with sales experience selling industrial products
Possess relevant channel/distributor management experience
Driving license & own vehicle
Fluent in English
