Philips Public Account Manager in Jakarta (Java), Indonesia
Job summary:
Act as single point for customers as account manager for smaller / transactional accounts in the key public hospitals in Indonesia, prepares and delivers on the tactical account plans.
Your role:
Develops and executes strategic account plans for smaller and high‑value transactional accounts to drive sales growth.
Builds strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders to deliver tailored, long‑term solutions.
Coordinates cross‑functional teams to create and deliver complex, customized customer offers.
Applies independent judgment within established processes to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
Utilizes deep product and market expertise to address challenges and identify new opportunities.
Leads advanced commercial initiatives and delivers persuasive presentations to drive revenue and market expansion.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent.
Strong relationship-building skills with senior customer stakeholders and demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level audiences.
