ATI Business Group Finance Supervisor in Jakarta, Indonesia
Role of Purposes:
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, detail-oriented person who loves working in a fast-paced, multinational environment. As the Team Leader, you will manage your team members to meet the Client's and ATI's expectations on performance and behavior. You will manage the team's tasks in terms of urgency and priority, and respond quickly and appropriately to issues that arise.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, and be organized and self-motivated with excellent communication, and possess record-keeping skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily payment transactions, reconciliation activities, and finance administration projects to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Monitor productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and SLA performance for finance operations processes.
Lead, coach, and motivate the Finance Operations team to meet client service levels and internal KPIs.
Review and audit payment transactions and reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy and mitigate financial risks.
Identify process gaps in transaction flow, reconciliation discrepancies, or reporting inefficiencies, and implement corrective improvements.
Manage manpower planning and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for payment cut-offs and reporting deadlines.
Handle performance discussions, disciplinary actions, and documentation where necessary.
Prepare and present finance operations reports (transaction volume, error rate, reconciliation status, aging, etc.) to clients and ATI senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with financial SOPs and client agreements.
Act as the main point of contact for client escalations related to payment and reconciliation matters.
Qualifications:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or other related backgrounds from honorable universities.
Excellent English comprehension. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Willingness to evaluate areas of improvement and suggest effective solutions to enhance team productivity.
Willingness to work with a flexible schedule

Good time management - able to prioritize tasks appropriately
Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment
At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative role (including data entry)
