Assistant Vice President, Health Solutions
We’re hiring! We are looking for an Assistant Vice President to join our Health Solutions team in Indonesia.

Role & Responsibilities:
Client Management & Relationship Building
Manage day‑to‑day client operations to retain, grow, and develop business in line with unit goals.
Build strong client relationships with your Manager and team to drive positive NPS results.
Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term strategies aligned with client needs, benefit philosophy, and company goals.
Leverage Aon United expertise and market insights to support client solutions.
Oversee the full client journey, ensuring compliance, documentation, payments, reports, visits, and best‑practice delivery.
Achieve portfolio financial targets, including retention and rollover.
Broking & Placement
Maintain strong carrier relationships to secure competitive placement terms.
Coordinate RFP submissions, quotations, and proposal clarifications.
Review proposals for accuracy and completeness, resolving outstanding items with carriers promptly.
Ensure timely, efficient execution of all broking and placement activities.
Professional Contribution & Development
Participate in Health Solutions forums and initiatives.
Contribute to client solution development and collaborate across Aon.
Perform other duties as assigned and maintain ongoing professional development.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in Employee Benefits within a broker firm or insurance company.
Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrates active listening, clear and purposeful communication, and adaptability.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and secure favourable outcomes.
Highly organized with strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional, independent, and efficient work style.
Able to deliver under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity multinational environment.
