Job Description
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential weaknesses
Ensure adherence to country regulations, internal policies, and external audit requirements, supporting the audit process
Analyze financial data, reconcile records, and prepare reports
General ledger account analysis to identify discrepancies and support financial decision-making.
Create detailed reports outlining findings
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics
Advanced Excel and financial spreadsheet proficiency
Knowledge of ERP systems (Totvs Datasul)
Ability to prepare management reports, cost analyses, and financial projections
Familiarity with accounting standards and tax legislation
English
Analytical and strategic profile
Organization and attention to detail
Good communication skills to interact with different departments
Ability to identify budget deviations and propose corrective actions
Proactivity and business vision
