Job Title: Technical Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting over the phone to residents, salespeople, and vendors for pool pump systems. This role involves fielding 20-30 inbound calls per day, taking detailed notes, and entering information into our system. Additionally, you will make outbound calls for follow-up as needed.

This role requires to be in office Monday through Friday

Pay- 20-22/hr

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone for pool pump systems.

  • Field 20-30 inbound calls daily from residents, salespeople, and vendors.

  • Take detailed notes during calls and accurately enter information into the system.

  • Make outbound calls for follow-up and customer inquiries.

  • Assist in resolving issues related to mechanical and electrical systems, especially in pool, spa, or irrigation equipment.

Essential Skills

  • NEED to have past experience with pool/spa pump systems.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Comfortable speaking with customers both over the phone and in person.

  • Proficient in computer operation and typing notes.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Work History in equipment technology, pool support, or irrigation systems.

  • Experience as a service technician for swimming pools or irrigation systems.

  • Familiarity with pump and motor systems troubleshooting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
