How you’ll make an impact in this role
Route incoming calls and provide information according to protocols.
Communicate critical codes, alerts, and emergency announcements.
Manage paging and beeper systems to contact staff and code teams.
Maintain accurate directories, on-call lists, and reference guides.
Facilitate disaster management and emergency communication plans.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
