RQC is currently seeking a Sheet Metal Trade Foreman to join our Field Operations team at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville, Florida.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, directing crews, and coordinating sheet metal activities on active construction sites. The Foreman ensures that work is completed safely, meets quality expectations, stays within budget, and adheres to project schedules. This position plays a key leadership role in upholding RQ's Mission, Vision, Values.

As a full-service Design-Build contractor, we oversee projects from start to finish, supported by field operations teams who are stationed on-site to ensure successful execution.
Our expertise is centered on fast-paced, ground-up commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a strong emphasis on Department of Defense (DoD) projects.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $35.00-$51.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Education & Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; coursework in construction management or engineering is a plus
At least 2 years of experience as a Foreman supervising sheet metal work on medium to large-scale projects
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on construction or trade experience; government, military, or large commercial project experience preferred
Experience working in a Design-Build environment is a plus
Background in fabricating sheet metal components for commercial or industrial applications preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook required; familiarity with Primavera, Oracle, BIM, and Revit/Autodesk is a plus (training available)
CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training can be provided)
