Job Description
A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide support for incident resolution and requests reported to the service desk. This resource is a key contributor responsible for delivering top-tier end user support and facilitating the success of the Service Desk Team. This role is designed to provide end user services assistance to users, route service requests, and incidents to IT support teams, and support day-to-day activities related to the IT Service Desk Team. Additionally, this position encompasses responsibilities for Tier 1 administration and maintenance of tools, applications and systems providing IT End User Services including Apple & PC endpoint deployment and support. pay range 24-26/hr

• 3+ years’ experience supporting end user computing and networking services
• Microsoft Office 365
• Active Directory
• iOS support (mobile + MacBook’s)…basic stuff
• OS/App deployment tools and end point management technology Bach degree
