Enforce strict WMS transaction discipline, ensuring physical activity is accurately reflected in system inventory.
Own daily reconciliation between physical inventory positions and system balances, escalating unresolved variances as required.

Oversee physical and system management of quarantine and held inventory, ensuring product is correctly located, counted, and controlled.
Validate inventory readiness prior to release, partnering with Warehouse Operations and Quality as required.
Ensure inventory holds, releases, and adjustments are executed with a clear audit trail and proper authorization.
Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for inventory accuracy and system execution.
Establish clear daily priorities and expectations through structured tiered management routines.
Ensure consistent application of standard work, escalation protocols, and root‑cause problem‑solving.
Build bench strength and technical capability within the inventory systems and control team.
Partner closely with Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Operational Excellence, and IT teams to resolve execution constraints.
Support system changes, process updates, and operational transitions by ensuring inventory controls remain stable and auditable.
Provide input into continuous improvement opportunities related to inventory accuracy, system usability, and execution discipline.
Ensure all inventory activities comply with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Maintain audit readiness for inventory accuracy, adjustments, and destruction activities.
Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory integrity, system execution, and operational stability.
Key Outputs/Success Measures

Stable, auditable quarantine and release processes
Clean system transactions aligned to physical inventory
Reduced execution disruption caused by system or inventory issues
Strong team capability and adherence to standard work
Required Qualifications
