Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, thrives in managing cross-functional projects within the healthcare sector, and is adept at driving outcomes in complex environments. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives that enhance healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee healthcare-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Utilize healthcare knowledge to guide decision-making and project execution, including areas such as health information systems and metrics.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct audits and assessments related to healthcare programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while driving project outcomes.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate resources and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• PMP certification or equivalent formal project management credentials.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare systems, information management, and metrics.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
• Experience with healthcare audits, including Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Knowledge of healthcare analytics, databases, and information exchange systems.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
