Partner with DC leaders to map current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes focused on throughput, accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Support technology implementations such as WMS upgrades, automation, and analytics tools, ensuring operational readiness and minimal disruption during transition phases.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership, frontline teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Facilitate structured communication across teams to maintain alignment on priorities, risks, timelines, and operational impacts.
Lead complex decision-making processes, proactively escalating issues requiring senior visibility and influencing outcomes across Operations, IT, HR, Engineering, and Commercial functions—even without direct authority.
Drive team engagement through collaborative workshops, problem-solving sessions, and recurring touchpoints that sustain momentum and clarity.
Provide coaching and support to junior team members and project coordinators involved in the transformation.
Risk, Quality & Change Management
Identify and assess risks related to operational disruption, labor impacts, system implementation challenges, and process changes. Develop mitigation plans to protect safety, continuity, and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational policies across all project activities.
Lead change management planning and execution, ensuring DC teams receive the training, communication, and support needed to adopt new processes successfully.
Monitor KPIs before, during, and after deployment to measure transformation success and long-term stability.
