Job Description:

This position serves as a Global Banking & Markets Tax Project Manager, responsible for delivering compliance with new and evolving global tax regulations. The role supports three key areas: U.S. Information Reporting and Withholding, Non‑U.S. Information Reporting and Withholding, and Indirect Taxes.

Responsibilities:

• Project management / Business Analysis skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

• Project Manage the work stream, including coordination of activities across Operations and Technology

• Oversees the execution of defined project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses, developing project plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators

• Develops, maintains, and reports on an overall integrated delivery plan, raising any risks, developing a mitigation plan, and escalating issues appropriately to respective stakeholders

• Adhere to enterprise change management standards

• Work with end users to define functional requirements and prepare User Acceptance Testing

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing execution and Production parallel activities

• Leads project and/or remediation requirement documentation efforts based on identified gaps and controls needed for sustained performance

• Navigates across various Lines of Business and partner organizations, including Technology, Operations and Compliance, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution
