How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead clinical diagnostics by conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, strength, and functional needs.
Develop patient-centered plans of care that prioritize individual goals and integrate family support for holistic recovery.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ranging from manual therapy to neuromuscular re-education, tailored to each patient's unique pathology.
Provide clinical leadership by mentoring and overseeing PTAs, students, and support staff to maintain high standards of care.
Drive patient progress through data-driven evaluations, refining treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes and timely discharge.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
