Job Description
Senior MDM / Digital Workspace Architect with 10+ years of experience specializing in Microsoft Intune and Workspace ONE. This person owns large‑scale endpoint architecture, standards, and implementations, with a strong emphasis on Windows desktop MDM, enterprise policy design, and modernization at scale. This is a hands‑on architect role — not support and not purely managerial. Compensation is $70.23 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the MDM Architect for enterprise endpoints
• Lead Intune architecture and implementation for Windows desktops
• Own and continuously improve policies in both Intune and Workspace ONE
• Architect, implement, and govern large‑scale MDM environments
• Drive standardization, modernization, and scalability
Partner with engineering and security teams to ensure compliance and stability

• 10+ years overall IT / EUC experience
• Specialized in Microsoft Intune
○ Enterprise‑wide Intune implementation for Windows desktops
○ Policy design, enforcement, and optimization
• Workspace ONE expertise
○ Ongoing policy review and management
○ Large‑scale Workspace ONE environments
• Large‑scale enterprise experience
○ Thousands of endpoints
○ Distributed / hybrid workforce
• Strong ownership of:
○ Endpoint standards
○ Configuration & compliance models
Device lifecycle management Nice‑to‑Haves
• Industry experience (always a plus — regulated environments especially)
• macOS management experience
• Endpoint security alignment (encryption, compliance, identity)
• OS modernization initiatives (Windows 10 → 11)
Automation using PowerShell
