ARC Group is partnering with a growing Tax Resolution firm based in Jacksonville, FL to identify a Lead Generation Specialist who can drive and scale high-quality inbound and outbound lead flow. This is a fully remote, direct-hire opportunity with a company focused on aggressive growth and performance-driven marketing.
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in developing and executing multi-channel strategies to generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax resolution (preferred) or related industries such as public accounting, legal services, or financial services, and understands how to optimize campaigns for both volume and quality.
This individual will play a key role in owning and scaling the company's lead generation efforts, helping drive new client acquisition and overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns (PPC, SEO, paid social, email, outbound, partnerships, etc.)
Identify and scale new opportunities to generate high-quality leads in a competitive market
Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs (CPL, conversion rates, ROI), and continuously improve results
Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with revenue goals
Manage lead flow and pipeline to ensure consistent volume and quality of prospects
Stay current on industry trends, compliance considerations, and best practices within tax resolution and related industries
Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or demand generation
Industry experience in tax resolution (preferred) or related fields such as public accounting, legal, debt relief, or financial services
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, paid media, and email campaigns
Experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data and analytics
Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Highly analytical, results-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
