Description
We’re looking for a hands‑on IT Operations Project Lead to manage infrastructure initiatives across multiple sites and business units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT infrastructure and system upgrade projects
Coordinate deployments, timelines, and site scheduling
Serve as escalation point for operational issues
Partner with vendors and internal teams
Improve documentation, workflows, and deployment standards
Ensure business continuity during upgrades
Requirements
Required Skills
IT operations or infrastructure background
Strong project execution experience
Multi‑site or field IT exposure
Ticketing and escalation management
Excellent communication skills
