General Laborer - Jacksonville, FL
Shift: Train on 1st shift and move to 3rd shift
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for learning the processes of manufacturing and the different machines used in the process.
The Opportunity:
Safely and effectively the unwind and rewind end of the press.
To effectively assist the first assistant
Assist in meeting or exceeding the goals in Safety, Quality, Cost, Production, Environmental and Housekeeping
Frequently inspect each printing deck, ensuring that the unit is working properly. If there are any changes, inform the lead operator or senior assistant.
Ability to effectively assist mounters with prep of sleeves and cylinders.
What you need to succeed:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Maintain housekeeping excellence - maintain a clean and organized workspace
Must be able to lift, push, walk, stand, and bend throughout a shift
