As a Construction Supervisor, you will be part of the project management team supporting various construction efforts. Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Range:$34-$40
Shift: Day Thur-Sun 7am-5pm or Night Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm
What's the Job?
- Oversee the Safe Work Permit process to ensure compliance and safety during construction activities.
- Manage and motivate a team of construction workers to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Plan and organize tasks, manage budgets, and meet project deadlines.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects, ensuring smooth operations.
What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Construction Supervisor.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, PandIDs, and process flow diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of project management processes and required documentation.
- Proficiency in computer software such as MS Excel, Project, and Word.
