Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and lead critical accounting processes for our organization in Jackson, Wisconsin. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure the accuracy of financial statements, implement effective controls, and collaborate with leadership to drive financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing key accounting functions and supporting audits, budgeting, and operational analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory accounting, and cost accounting functions.

• Ensure proper inventory valuation, implement standard costing procedures, and uphold reconciliation controls.

• Collaborate with plant leadership to analyze production costs and monitor margin performance.

• Develop strategies to enhance working capital visibility and optimize cash flow execution.

• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting process discipline.

• Provide support for audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and operational financial analyses. Requirements • Proven experience in financial management and accounting leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance and financial statement preparation.

• Expertise in accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory accounting, and cost accounting.

• Ability to implement and maintain effective inventory valuation and reconciliation controls.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with operational leaders to drive financial performance.

• Skilled in enhancing internal controls and improving process efficiency.

• Familiarity with audits and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and conducting financial analysis.
