ManpowerGroup 3rd Shift Machine Bagger Operator in Jackson, Wisconsin
Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Bagger Operator to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Machine Bagger Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Bagger Operator
Location: Jackson, WI
Pay Range: $23
Shift: 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10pm - 6am
What's the Job?
Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions.
Follow safety policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
