ManpowerGroup 2nd Shift Machine Bagger Operator in Jackson, Wisconsin
Our client, Food Industry Production Environment is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Bagger Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Machine Bagger Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Bagger Operator
Location: Jackson, WI
Pay Range: $22.40/hr.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm
What's the Job?
Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions.
Follow safety policies, SOPs, GMPs, and sanitation rules to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate production activities and meet goals.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar roles.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
