ManpowerGroup 1st Shift Machine Bagger Operator in Jackson, Wisconsin
Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Machine Bagger Operator to join their team. As a 1st Shift Machine Bagger Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to efficient and safe production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Bagger Operator
Location: Jackson, WI
Pay Range: $21
Shift: 6am-2pm, Monday-Friday
What's the Job?
Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
Apply knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions
Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality
Follow safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar roles
Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
